Who should evangelize?

Some may think that evangelism is something that should only be done by preachers, apologetics experts, or perhaps just extroverts. However, the New Testament states that all Christians should evangelize:

• Example: We see this in the example of the very first Christians:
  

  «And they that were scattered abroad went every where preaching the word» (Acts 8:4). And Acts 11:19-21 says that all the disciples evangelized when they were scattered from Jerusalem.

• Order: Peter orders all of us:
  

  «Always be ready to make a defense to everyone who demands of you a reason for the hope that is in you.» (1 Pet. 3:15).

• For the sake of love: If we are to love our neighbor as ourselves (Mark 12:31, James 2:8), is there a more important way to show love for someone than to share the Gospel with him or her?
